Ben & Jerry’s
- Brand: Ben & Jerry’s
- Locations: 22 Major Collegiate Universities Across the United States
- Staff Required: 22 Regional Managers and 80 Brand Ambassadors Nationwide
- Project Goal: Ben & Jerry’s executed an on-campus “Voter Appreciation” campaign on Election Day to encourage involvement among College Students in the Electoral Process. Each University received 30 gallons of ice cream to distribute to excited voters!
- Victory Achieved: Utilizing our extensive promotional database Nationwide, The Victory Team locked in all staff within 3 days and assisted our client with all logistic coordination among field teams; including shipping, warehousing, truck rental and signage. Better yet, over 25,000 Ben & Jerry’s coupons and 750 gallons of ice cream were distributed in one day! Yum! As always the Victory Team handled all payroll processing and prompt payment to staff.
Comedian, Demetri Martin
- Brand: “Important Things With Demetri Martin” By Comedy Central
- Locations: 10 Colleges Across the United States
- Staff Required: 10 Market Managers and 60 Brand Ambassadors
- Project Goal: Comedy Central looked to increase awareness and the buzz surrounding their new program “Important Things With Demetri Martin” among the coveted 18-25 year old demographic. Our client provided each team with 2,500 Collegiate Newspapers with an advertisement of the upcoming premiere and 4,000 branded sharpie pens.
- Victory Achieved: We provided each market with highly qualified Market Managers to lead a team of six Brand Ambassadors designed to portray the “hip” style of comedy that Demetri Martin exudes. At the end of the day our teams distributed a total of 25,000 newspapers and 40,000 branded sharpies. The Victory Team was on standby to assist with last minute troubleshooting and submitted all payroll to our Field Staff within 7-10 days!
Major League Baseball
- Brand: Major League Baseball
- Locations: 2008 World Series: Philadelphia, PA and Tampa, FL
- Staff Required: Two Regional Managers and 34 Brand Ambassadors in each Market.
- Project Goal: MLB kicked off their “Green Team” objective at the 2008 World Series to increase awareness among event attendees of the importance of recycling and taking care of your environment. Each team would work within the stadium to encourage fans to “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!”
- Victory Achieved: With only two days notice due to the extended ALCS and uncertainty of the event locations, the Victory Team supplied each market with “Rock Star” Brand Ambassadors and Regional Managers including (at no additional charge) on-site back-ups and two representatives from the Victory In-House Team. This effort resulted in 100% fulfillment for all five games of the World Series including PR efforts on non-game days. Victory Marketing handled all payroll services including above industry standard turnaround pay to Field Staff to ensure repeat success.
My Princess Academy
- Brand: My Princess Academy
- Locations: Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade: New York City, NY
- Staff Required: 4 Market Managers and 48 Brand Ambassadors
- Project Goal: MyPrincessAcademy.com sponsored a float in the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and wanted to increase awareness by distributing branded tiaras to young girls lining the streets of New York City. Teams would disperse among the crowd to distribute nearly 10,000 tiaras in hopes to spike Holiday sales.
- Victory Achieved: Being a Holiday promotion that started at 6:30am we provided each team with 2 on-site backups to ensure 100% success at the major event. A member of the Victory Team was ready Thanksgiving morning and personally checking in with all Market Managers. Throughout the course of the day Market Managers had direct contact with the Victory Team and we successfully distributed all tiaras creating over 10,000 meaningful consumer interactions. Furthermore all staff were compensated within 7-10 days to show gratitude for their hard work and dedication to the program!
